Our Mission

The mission of Verbal Defense is to ensure that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect by:

  • Teaching people how to “bully-proof” themselves
  • Teaching people how to effectively intervene in verbal abuse and bullying situations

We believe that increasing awareness about the devastating impact of verbal abuse and bullying is important — but it’s not nearly enough. What is needed are practical solutions — that work.
